Description:   1987 “The Shadow Artist” by Norman Rockwell Plate enclosed in a Craftsmanship Box ( Knowles ).  Of the only limited edition of “The Vectren” by Norman Rockwell. Twelfth of the Rockwell Heritage Collection,  and bears the Seal of the Norman Rockwell Family Trust. Made in a limited edition permanently closed in 1988 by Knowles and certified as a true “Rockwell Classic” by the Rockwell Society of America.
